About the role

The Field Auditor will perform on‑site inspections and cut‑off operations for delinquent and voluntary customers across the capital city and surrounding municipalities. The role includes validating saturated taps, freeing ports for new installations, and auditing network poles to confirm active HFC users.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cut‑off routes for overdue and voluntary accounts in various sectors, including high‑risk (red) zones.
• Validate saturated taps and release ports required for new service installations.
• Conduct node sweeps, auditing poles within selected sectors to verify whether connected users are active.
• Coordinate with the back‑office audit team to confirm user status in the system.
• Physically suspend services for users identified as inactive.

Required profile

• Technical background in electricity or electronics, preferably with cable TV installation experience.
• Valid B‑type driver’s license.
• Willingness to work under pressure, including shifts and holidays.
• Good attitude toward assigned challenges.
• Familiarity with the capital city and surrounding municipalities for address location.
• Basic computer knowledge and mathematical skills for daily record‑keeping.
• Basic understanding of electricity and ability to handle basic tools.
