About the role

We are looking for a Network Operations Technician to join our Central America NOC team. You will provide daily support for data network infrastructure, handling incidents and service requests for corporate clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client incidents and escalations, ensuring tickets are tracked and resolved within SLA and KPI targets.
• Validate alarms using TEMIP and NMIS monitoring tools.
• Identify, document, and follow up on preventive and corrective network issues.
• Prepare administrative and technical reports and maintain internal process documentation.
• Ensure tickets are closed effectively after resolution.

Required profile

• Student from the 2nd year onward in Systems, Administration, Telecommunications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Telecom Technician (N1/Tier 1) and diagnosing TDM platform events.
• 1–2 years of customer‑service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are desirable.
