Gestor Nivel 1 – NOC

About the role

FRT is looking for a Gestor Nivel 1 (Level 1 Manager) to provide first‑level monitoring and technical support for its telecommunications infrastructure. The role focuses on rapid incident diagnosis, documentation and escalation to ensure continuous service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and deliver first‑level technical support for telecom infrastructure.
• Diagnose and track massive Internet outages without field visits.
• Record, document and escalate incidents according to CNOC procedures.
• Watch events and alarms to guarantee service continuity.
• Participate actively in handling critical network events.
• Meet CNOC SLA targets and follow operational procedures.

Required profile

• University studies in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, NOC/CNOC or telecom environments.
• Availability to work the required schedule.

Required skills

• Telecommunications networks.
• IP platforms.
• TDM technologies (Tellabs, NEC, Alcatel, Huawei).
• DWDM, xDSL, GPON and wireless media.
• Wi‑Fi and mobile networks.
• VoIP and TDM voice.
• Metro Ethernet (last‑mile equipment).
• Basic network security.
• CCNA and/or HCIA certification (desired).
