About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in our auxiliary warehouse. The role involves receiving, organizing, storing, preparing and dispatching products, with a special focus on handling school supply boxes during peak sales periods.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and materials.
  • Prepare orders and products for shipment.
  • Assemble boxes and packages of school supplies and other items.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and unobstructed work area.
  • Deliver school‑supply boxes from the auxiliary warehouse during sales periods.
  • Report any discrepancies, missing or damaged products to the warehouse manager.

Required profile

  • Recent graduate (no specific degree required).
  • Availability to work from September 2026 to January 2027.
  • Physical ability to move and organize boxes and materials.
  • Positive service attitude and willingness to work in a team.
