About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse and Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Guatemala. The role supports the flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely delivery to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Receive purchased products, register inbound movements in the warehouse system, and store items using FIFO/FEFO logic.
• Process authorized internal orders, pick and deliver items according to requests, and record outbound movements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CARDEX ledger for all inventory entries and exits.
• Validate product rotation to comply with FIFO/FEFO principles and alert the warehouse manager of items nearing expiration.
• Perform daily cleaning of warehouse areas and assist with cleaning of common spaces as needed.
