Auxiliar de Bodega – Zona 12

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in Zone 12. You will ensure proper handling, receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise while maintaining safety and order in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods, verify quantities, conditions and documentation, and record any discrepancies.
• Conduct physical counts and inventory control, supporting periodic audits and reconciliations.
• Classify and place products on shelves or designated areas, keeping the layout organized and clearly labeled.
• Load and unload vehicles, handling merchandise carefully and using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling according to delivery requirements.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, complying with safety and hygiene standards.
• Record and manage returns, waste, or damaged items following established procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.
• Report incidents, damages or shortages to the supervisor and participate in corrective actions.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (diversified level).
• At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse operations, receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Experience with loading/unloading and basic use of handling equipment (pallet jack, preferably certified forklift).
• Attention to detail for inventory counts.
• Availability to work in Zone 12 and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Responsible, organized and willing to work as part of a team.
