Bilingual Marketing Specialist

About the role

Assertive Industries is seeking a bilingual marketing specialist to split time between managing the Spanish-language presence of its core business and supporting the growth of its Amazon FBA prep and fulfillment subsidiary, PrepShipping. The role is remote-first but requires the candidate to reside in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish Spanish content for latam.assertiveindustries.com, ensuring copy is natural and business-appropriate.
• Localise English marketing assets (web pages, case studies, sales collateral, ad copy) into Spanish, maintaining brand consistency.
• Assist paid-media campaigns on Google and LinkedIn targeting Latin American markets.
• Coordinate with the US marketing team to align messaging across language versions.
• Support lead routing and CRM follow-up for LatAm-sourced prospects.
• Produce Spanish-language social posts, ad copy and landing pages for PrepShipping aimed at Spanish-speaking Amazon sellers.
• Update PrepShipping website content on WordPress/Woodmart as part of its US-market repositioning.
• Develop bilingual customer-facing materials as the seller base expands.

Required profile

• Based in a Latin American country (US-based candidates are not eligible).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish at a professional level.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or content creation.
• Experience writing or localising B2B marketing copy; e‑commerce experience is a plus.

Required skills

• WordPress content management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Basic knowledge of paid-media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
