Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

A recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and identifying qualified candidates for various positions. Recruiters collaborate with Store Managers, District Managers, and Human Resource Managers to understand staffing needs, using job boards, social media, referrals, and hiring events to attract talent. In LATAM, they also check references and negotiate offers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions.
• Post job advertisements on online job boards, social media, and the company website.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in‑person interviews.
• Provide feedback and updates on recruitment status.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with new team members.
• Coordinate assessment processes and manage test days (LATAM only).
• Collect personal documentation and ensure safekeeping of labor records (LATAM only).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Four to eight years of recruiting or related experience.
• Proven recruiting experience or equivalent business experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using the WorkDay platform.
