Brand Manager

About the role

Eleva Capital is seeking a Brand Manager to join the team assigned to a regional client operating across Central America. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the annual and monthly marketing plan for the brand across multiple markets.
• Analyze customer, sales, market, and competitor data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Convert commercial objectives into concrete marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor marketing and business KPIs, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Manage the brand’s marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Identify and gather necessary data for decision‑making, collaborating with relevant internal areas.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Maintain brand positioning, communication consistency, and overall brand experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Track market trends and competitor movements to inform strategy.
• Present results, insights, and recommendations regularly to Marketing Management and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in Brand Management or Marketing Management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with KPIs, customer data, and campaign performance.
• Commercial acumen and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
