Call Center Agent – Zona 10

About the role

We are looking for energetic Call Center Agents to promote financial services and products through outbound phone calls. You will engage potential customers, understand their needs and present tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce financial offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Highly active and passionate about phone sales.
• Minimum 6 months experience in telephone sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using digital tools and working on‑site in Zona 10.
• Availability for shifts from 8 am‑6 pm or 9 am‑7 pm, Monday to Sunday with two days off.
