About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cocinero to join our aviation catering team in Guatemala. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, preparing and presenting high‑quality meals for airline passengers and airport guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, transform, and assemble menu items for service.
- Manage product rotation, labeling, and inventory control of raw materials.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients while maintaining food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service timelines and quality expectations.
