About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cocinero to join our aviation catering team in Guatemala. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, preparing and presenting high‑quality meals for airline passengers and airport guests.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, transform, and assemble menu items for service.
Manage product rotation, labeling, and inventory control of raw materials.
Ensure efficient use of ingredients while maintaining food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service timelines and quality expectations.

Required profile

Discipline, attention to detail, and a team‑oriented mindset.
