About the role
The Academic Coordinator will lead the design, update and strengthening of high‑level academic programs, ensuring quality education and a great participant experience. This role works closely with faculty, experts and partner institutions to keep the curriculum relevant and competitive.
Key responsibilities
- Design, update and enhance specialization and executive training programs.
- Identify market trends to create new academic offerings.
- Select, evaluate and support teachers and thematic leaders.
- Coordinate academic relationships with universities and supporting entities.
- Prepare technical sheets and guarantee the academic quality of the educational portfolio.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum development or training program management.
- Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel and other digital tools.
- Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development (desired).
