About the role

The Academic Coordinator will lead the design, update and strengthening of high‑level academic programs, ensuring quality education and a great participant experience. This role works closely with faculty, experts and partner institutions to keep the curriculum relevant and competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and enhance specialization and executive training programs.
• Identify market trends to create new academic offerings.
• Select, evaluate and support teachers and thematic leaders.
• Coordinate academic relationships with universities and supporting entities.
• Prepare technical sheets and guarantee the academic quality of the educational portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum development or training program management.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel and other digital tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development (desired).
