About the role

We are looking for a Product Coordinator to lead and execute omnichannel campaigns, providing operational, tactical and analytical support to our commercial and marketing strategies. The role ensures effective implementation aligned with business objectives and a seamless digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse website and campaign KPIs, producing regular performance and sales reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities to boost purchase frequency, average order value and transaction volume across all sales channels.
• Execute and optimise digital customer‑journey touchpoints, guaranteeing a consistent and effective buying experience.
• Manage the tracking and follow‑up of digital campaigns and channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or E‑commerce.
• Approximately two years of experience in a similar product coordination role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
