Customer Care Representative (Hybrid/On‑Site)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. The role combines hybrid and on‑site work in Zone 4, offering both morning and afternoon schedules. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 80 % proficiency in English; bilingual ability is required.
• Availability for morning or afternoon shifts.
