Delivery Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Delivery Manager to lead a large, distributed team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers serving more than 30 US‑based clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guide a team of 5‑10 Project Managers, ensuring adherence to processes and high‑quality collaboration.
• Manage delivery P&L for the assigned portfolio.
• Facilitate clear, professional communication between Project Managers and clients.
• Escalate HR‑related topics to the HR Business Partner as needed.
• Present complex delivery challenges to Account Managers and propose actionable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven experience leading a team of Project Managers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong command of English (advanced level).
