Dispatch Coordinator – HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing technicians using Fusion software. The role operates in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment, ensuring both emergency and preventive maintenance jobs are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing trades via Fusion.
• Schedule emergency service calls and routine preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses and maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians to guarantee timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Support 24/7 coverage by managing after‑hours and emergency dispatch needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Fusion dispatch software.
• Background coordinating both residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical or similar field service industries.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a 24/7 environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
