About the role
The Driver Recruiter works closely with the recruitment team to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for professional drivers. You will verify applicant information, investigate driving histories and maintain accurate records until each candidate is cleared for employment.
Key responsibilities
- Screen driver applications against current hiring criteria.
- Verify driver history and background information provided on applications.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with verification agents from other companies to obtain timely confirmations.
- Coordinate follow‑up actions with recruiters until applications are cleared.
- Update application data accurately and consistently in the tracking system.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- High level of English (minimum B2).
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
