ECommerce Manager (Shopify & Mailchimp)

About the role

The company seeks an experienced ECommerce Manager to lead its online sales channels for personal care, accessories, and fashion products. You will be the technical hub for Shopify and Mailchimp, ensuring smooth operation, continuous improvement, and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Shopify (catalog, templates, integrations) and Mailchimp (automations, segments, design).
• Handle technical incidents, bugs, and coordinate updates with the IT team and external providers.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the US headquarters and report to General Management.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to enhance website pages and address customer inquiries.
• Coordinate content uploads with the Production area and maintain product inventory to meet demand.
• Oversee virtual stores, process customer complaints, and ensure weekend/holiday support.
• Analyze site traffic statistics to drive continuous improvements in user experience.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Engineering, Advertising, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing online stores and inventory control.
• Experience uploading promotional content on social media and e‑commerce platforms.
• Professional presentation, strong customer‑service attitude, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Own vehicle for visiting sales points.
• Hybrid work arrangement, located in Zone 13.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) at approximately 70%.
