About the role

The Business Banking Executive will manage an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring efficient administration of financial products, strengthening commercial relationships, and delivering profitable growth and client loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the corporate client portfolio, meeting targets for profitability, growth and service quality.
• Monitor key indicators such as financial margin, credit risk, product usage and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in client companies.
• Identify business opportunities by understanding each client’s financial needs.
• Propose tailored financial solutions including credit, investment, treasury, insurance and transactional services.
• Coordinate with internal risk, operations and product teams to ensure efficient, client‑focused service.
• Attract new corporate clients that fit the bank’s strategic profile.
• Participate in networking events, trade fairs and sector conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Master’s degree completed.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk and structure appropriate banking solutions.
• Strong analytical capability, result orientation and customer‑service focus.
• Effective negotiation, communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Collaborative work style and strong interpersonal relationship management.
