About the role

PriceSmart is looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join its team on a temporary basis. You will be the voice of the brand, informing members about promotions, membership benefits, and credit‑card offers while driving new sign‑ups and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate store promotions and activities to members via phone.
• Explain the benefits of PriceSmart membership (Diamond and Business) and the co‑branded credit card.
• Generate new memberships, process renewals, and follow up with members who have not purchased recently.
• Enter all interactions and outcomes into the company database.
• Achieve daily call targets and maintain a clean, up‑to‑date database.
• Promote the co‑branded credit card and increase the number of dual‑card holders.

Required profile

• At least two years of university studies in Business Administration or a related field; graduate preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar sales or retail environment.
• Positive attitude toward customer service.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and AS400.
• Availability to work flexible hours and shifts.
