About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, preservation, and dispatch of materials, tools, and equipment for a one‑year construction project. The role ensures traceability, availability, and accurate inventory throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Control the reception and dispatch of all project materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Kardex and other inventory systems.
• Manage vouchers, tool tracking, and stock documentation.
• Ensure proper conservation and storage conditions for all items.
• Coordinate with site teams to guarantee material availability.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in construction, industry, maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or field projects.
• Physical ability to perform typical warehouse tasks.
• Organized, honest, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to work onsite in Amatitlán.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Kardex).
