About the role

The Transport and Logistics Specialist provides administrative support to the transportation department by recording, validating, and organizing operational data. Accurate and timely information helps decision‑making, resource control, and efficient transport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control information related to fuel, per diems, invoicing, and transport suppliers.
• Record, validate, and monitor fuel consumption, preventive and corrective maintenance per vehicle.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and consolidated reports on routes, deliveries, incidents, and operational costs.
• Manage physical and digital documentation (maintenance records, insurance, registration cards, permits, etc.).
• Support administrative tasks for transport personnel, including shift control, overtime, biometric records, vacations, and deductions.
• Create Excel reports and pivot tables for operational data analysis.
• Coordinate administrative procedures with internal areas such as Accounting, Purchasing, and Human Resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education (high school diploma); university studies are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in transport or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills, result‑orientation, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, and self‑management.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 7:00‑16:00 and Saturday 7:00‑11:00.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and report generation.
