Graphic Designer & Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

SupportMates LLC is looking for a Graphic Designer and Community Manager to shape the digital presence of a busy California law office. The role is fully remote, focused on creating professional visuals, managing social media communities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, posts, and marketing materials for social media and internal use.
• Manage and grow social media communities (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) through scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand identity across all visual assets.
• Create simple video edits and motion graphics for campaigns.
• Coordinate content calendars and campaigns with the legal team.
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
• Uphold strict confidentiality on client and case matters.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience with a shareable portfolio.
• Experience managing social media communities for professional brands.
• Advanced English communication and fluent Spanish.
• Strong eye for clean, professional legal‑industry branding.
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet content deadlines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace.
