Human Resources Analyst

About the role

The Human Resources Analyst will manage core HR processes in line with established policies and procedures, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective recruitment, and compliance with labor regulations. This role supports the corporation’s workforce by providing guidance on employee services and fostering a strong organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and termination processes, ensuring legal compliance.
• Support recruitment and selection activities based on client needs.
• Lead corporate and position‑specific induction programs for new hires.
• Execute compensation and benefits processes according to corporate policies.
• Organize and promote Values Workshops to reinforce company culture.
• Advise employees on services such as labor certificates, social security, internal portals, and SAP.
• Manage training and development programs in collaboration with the training department.
• Monitor HR indicators and contribute to climate and culture initiatives, including recognition events.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR processes, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll variables, overtime, commissions, and labor legislation.
• Experience coordinating corporate and role‑specific inductions.
• Ability to track HR metrics and organize cultural activities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and possession of a personal vehicle.
