Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Everise is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to foster a positive organizational climate and support employee engagement across both onsite and virtual environments. You will act as a trusted partner, helping staff navigate company policies, processes, and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular engagement with employees to promote trust, transparency, and alignment with company culture.
• Conduct focus groups, gather feedback, and deliver summary reports with actionable insights.
• Provide professional HR support, answer inquiries, and guide employees through company procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing employee‑engagement initiatives and events, including the Everise Privileges program.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, payroll data, leave records, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and other support functions as needed.
• Support recruitment, internal promotions, performance‑management documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate training sessions, seminars, meetings, and HR events.
• Assist with off‑boarding processes, including benefits coordination and final documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
