Junior Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Case Manager to support our legal team in handling client cases from intake through resolution. You will maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurers and other stakeholders, and ensure each case moves forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload from intake to resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing timely case updates.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files.
• Request, track and follow up on records, bills and supporting documents.
• Monitor deadlines, appointments, treatment progress and case milestones.
• Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies and third‑party contacts.
• Prepare correspondence and update case management systems.
• Identify urgent matters and escalate when necessary.
• Support attorneys and team members with case‑related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, Paralegal or similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.
• Familiarity with U.S. personal injury, immigration or similar law firm environments.

What we offer

• Competitive salary up to $1,500 based on experience.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:30/6:00 PM PST/PDT.
