Lead - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Everise is seeking a Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive daily recruitment efforts across multiple positions. You will partner closely with the Site Director, Talent Acquisition Director, HR Manager, Operations, and other leaders to ensure hiring goals are met and the company remains an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high‑volume recruitment activities for a variety of roles.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business needs.
• Implement sourcing strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidates through the selection process.
• Develop community partnerships and promote Everise’s brand to attract talent.
• Oversee recruitment processes at the center level, ensuring timely and professional candidate experiences.
• Manage a team of recruiters, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Create and support local programs that attract and retain employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of high‑volume recruitment experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Demonstrated enthusiastic leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility and dependable attendance.
