Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with a strong instructional design background to manage and optimise our LMS for over 3,000 learners.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure the LMS platform (Workday mandatory) and integrate new features.
• Manage user roles, access levels and permissions for administrators, instructors and learners.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and train staff on LMS usage.
• Load, customise and edit courses, collaborating with subject‑matter experts to ensure engaging content.
• Utilise LMS analytics, SCORM/xAPI tracking and custom reporting to monitor learner progress and recommend improvements.
• Support instructors and learners, handling course delivery and engagement challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering LMS platforms such as Workday, Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, SAP Litmos or Blackboard.
• Strong background in instructional design, e‑learning development or training facilitation.

Required skills

• Workday LMS administration (must).
• Familiarity with Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, SAP Litmos or Blackboard.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI and HTML5 standards.
• Experience with LMS reporting and analytics tools.
• User‑role management and access‑control configuration.
• Integration experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams or CRM systems.
