Marketing Head

About the role

Yanbal is seeking a Marketing Head to lead product strategy and drive brand positioning across all audiences. The role combines strategic planning, execution of activation campaigns, and team leadership to achieve commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the product expert and spokesperson, ensuring consistent 360° channel communication.
• Meet core marketing KPIs: sales, VxA, category sales, hero products, penetration, and profitability.
• Execute local activation and launch plans for categories or products in line with corporate guidelines.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and local allies to amplify brand proposals.
• Manage the marketing budget for the business unit, track campaign results, and recommend improvements.
• Lead campaign forecasting and inventory management, flagging alerts and providing timely feedback to corporate.
• Analyze market and competitor data to uncover trends and opportunities for new and existing products.
• Develop and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results‑orientation.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing roles.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Post‑graduate studies are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of product and pricing strategy design.
• Hands‑on experience launching products and managing implementation.
• Familiarity with media, social networks and public relations.
• Analytical mindset, strategic vision and results‑driven orientation.
