Operador NOC Nocturno

About the role

The Night Shift NOC Operator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our network infrastructure during off‑hours. The role ensures that client incidents, hardware failures, and security issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and resolve client requests related to network incidents and service disruptions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot physical and logical infrastructure problems, including routers, switches, and security devices.
• Provide telephone support and follow‑up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience diagnosing network incidents and handling service requests.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in phone‑based customer support.
• Basic understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei and Raisecom equipment.
• Basic knowledge of fiber‑optic, wireless, copper and Wi‑Fi communication media.
• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
