Operations and Commercial Improvement Coordinator

About the role

The Operations and Commercial Improvement Coordinator will strengthen Canella’s commercial post‑sale system by mapping processes, driving automation, and ensuring disciplined execution of commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Map and improve commercial and administrative processes, identifying bottlenecks, rework and non‑value‑added activities.
• Design and maintain SOPs, checklists, approval flows and tracking tools.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate, simplify, automate, delegate or standardise recurring tasks.
• Apply continuous‑improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, 5 Why and SIPOC.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and coordinate counter‑measures for recurring issues.
• Manage dashboards, follow‑up cadences, projects, agreements, risks and owners.
• Drive automations using Office 365, Power Automate, Planner and Microsoft Lists.
• Improve the quality and availability of data used for commercial decisions.
• Support the adoption of generative AI for documentation, analysis, productivity and processes.
• Measure impact of improvements through cycle‑time, SLA, rework, productivity, data quality and process adoption indicators.

Required profile

• Professional or advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, Business or a related field.
• Experience in commercial operations, process management, PMO, commercial administration or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, autonomy and capacity to work cross‑functionally.
