Panadero Pastelero – Bakery & Pastry Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bakery and Pastry Coordinator to lead our bakery and pastry operations within our aviation catering division. The role combines leadership, product knowledge and operational oversight to ensure high‑quality baked goods for airport and airline customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily bakery and pastry production activities.
• Manage staff schedules, training and performance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Oversee inventory and handling of frozen bakery products.
• Maintain production records and reports using Excel.
• Collaborate with culinary, logistics and airport dining teams.
• Monitor product quality, cost control and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to organize personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of frozen product handling.
• Passion for bakery and pastry production.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic computer systems literacy.
