About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Recruiter to lead the attraction, evaluation, and timely hiring of talent for short‑term needs. The role focuses on ensuring the right profiles are filled with quality and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for temporary positions.
• Publish job openings on employment portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct pre‑interviews via phone or virtual meetings.
• Coordinate and conduct interview sessions with candidates and hiring managers.
• Administer and analyze psychometric assessments.
• Maintain continuous communication with hiring managers.
• Provide basic onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Achieve coverage targets in terms of time and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume or mass hiring.
• Experience recruiting for administrative positions.
• Availability to work onsite in Zone 10.
