Recruiting Specialist – Weekend Shift (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our remote team and support end‑to‑end hiring for language‑focused positions. The role is ideal for a candidate with 1–3 years of recruiting experience who enjoys sourcing, screening and interviewing in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define role requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Create, publish and manage job postings across job boards, databases and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, assessing qualifications, certifications and overall fit.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, evaluating communication skills and role alignment.
• Support sourcing efforts by researching and engaging both active and passive candidates using creative strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal tracking tools.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve workflows and sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related HR role.
• Interest in remote hiring and global talent markets; experience in linguistics or healthcare is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in phone and video interactions.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with great attention to detail.
