Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Athena is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for high‑impact CEOs, founders and executives. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Post openings in the Applicant Tracking System and leverage all sourcing channels (job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, personal network).
• Screen candidates, administer assessments, conduct final interviews and prepare candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate decisions to candidates, and manage job offers.
• Oversee background checks, onboarding paperwork, and ATS reporting.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and build talent pools for future needs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and high‑volume hiring.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
