Recruitment Specialist – Sourcing

About the role

Athena is seeking a Recruitment Specialist focused on sourcing to lead and execute recruitment campaigns across multiple channels. The role supports Athena’s mission of pairing exceptional Philippine‑based executive assistants with ambitious clients, driving high‑impact talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tactical and strategic sourcing plans for assigned channels.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of sourcing activities to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employee engagement.
• Monitor and optimize cost‑per‑hire and conversion rates from applicant to hire.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to conduct Boolean and passive candidate searches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
