Reservation & Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Reservation & Customer Service Executive will manage daily bookings, confirm client details and keep internal systems up‑to‑date. You will handle phone and digital inquiries, ensuring a fast and satisfying experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Process and update daily reservations in the company’s booking system.
• Confirm reservation data with users and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to client questions and requests via phone and digital channels.
• Track changes, cancellations and follow‑up actions while respecting company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth operations.
• Identify sales opportunities during client interactions and promote additional services.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience in reservation management and customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and close service opportunities.
• Relevant education in tourism, administration, hospitality or related fields is a plus.
• University studies and an English level of B2+ or C1.
• Team player, organized, detail‑oriented and eager to learn new processes.
