Senior IT Program & Project Management Analyst

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Senior IT Program & Project Management Analyst to lead global, cross‑functional teams and deliver complex technology projects that meet client expectations. You will be part of a dedicated Project Management Office, driving best‑practice processes and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Define and communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to all stakeholders.
• Establish clear stakeholder expectations and maintain rigorous reporting standards.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solve complex problems using critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Engage regularly with senior business and technology leaders to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project or program management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Preferred: PMP certification and experience in a contact‑center environment.
