Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. You will ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning talent with our business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact candidates, conduct prescreening and phone interviews, and provide clear job information.
• Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and stability against role requirements.
• Send assessments, advance qualified candidates, and manage interview feedback.
• Maintain consistent communication via phone and WhatsApp Business.
• Update and manage the candidate pipeline with accurate records.
• Coordinate job offers, onboarding, and daily progress reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and follow recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented mindset.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting roles.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• English at C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
