Senior Solutions Engineer (Bilingual - SaaS/CX)

About the role

EFICSA is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to own technical pre‑sales, design high‑level proofs of concept and lead SaaS integrations for Mid‑Market clients in the United States and LATAM. The role combines hands‑on engineering with strategic consulting for C‑Level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver persuasive technical demos and presentations in English and Spanish to C‑Level, IT Directors and Operations Managers.
• Architect complex integrations, map processes, design data flows and implement API/Webhook connections between SaaS platforms (e.g., Freshworks, Intercom) and third‑party systems such as CRMs, ERPs and cloud telephony solutions.
• Create sandbox environments, AI agents and automation routing rules as tailored proofs of concept.
• Manage project backlogs in Jira, document milestones and act as Tier 3 escalation point with global vendors.
• Ensure high CSAT scores, drive successful software adoption and identify upsell opportunities post‑sale.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency: native Spanish and advanced English (C1/C2).
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS pre‑sales, solutions architecture or technical account management.
• Strong business acumen to translate technical details into ROI and total cost of ownership.
• Proactive problem‑solver mindset with absolute ownership of issues.
