Senior Treasury Analyst

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join its global treasury team. The analyst will work across the corporate headquarters, the Guatemala shared‑service centre and the India shared‑service centre to manage daily cash positioning, forecasting and treasury operations for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and report Conduent’s global cash position each day in collaboration with headquarters and shared‑service centres.
• Create, update and refine the corporate 13‑week cash forecast together with Finance.
• Serve as the primary expert on Kyriba Treasury Workstation, ensuring accurate account balances and payment details.
• Review subsidiary cash balances and forecasts, working with local teams to minimise operating cash and develop cash repatriation strategies.
• Manage cash concentration structures, including an offshore multi‑currency notional pool, and ensure all accounts are funded.
• Invest excess cash to optimise yield while controlling risk.
• Execute revolving‑credit‑facility borrowings, repayments and all debt interest payments.
• Process intercompany wire transfers and execute foreign‑exchange spot and hedging trades.
• Enhance treasury banking controls, review bank fees for pricing accuracy and act as backup security administrator for electronic banking platforms.
• Evaluate new banking products, participate in bank RFPs and support business‑continuity and disaster‑recovery planning.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management and forecasting.
• Proven expertise with Kyriba Treasury Workstation.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for partnering with Finance, Tax, local subsidiaries and banking partners.
