Solutions Architect – Autodesk LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Architect to act as the technical bridge between Autodesk, its resellers, and Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) customers across the LATAM region. You will design and deliver high‑impact Autodesk solutions that meet complex business needs while supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer inquiries and design comprehensive solutions using Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Industry Specialized Toolsets.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for Autodesk, resellers and AEC clients, providing expert product guidance.
• Lead pre‑sales, post‑sales and consulting activities, including solution demonstrations and implementation support.
• Organise and deliver workshops, webinars and training sessions for partners and end‑users.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to represent customer needs and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing billable project support and creating technical benchmarks or articles.
• Independently manage targeted accounts in the LATAM region to ensure technical alignment and successful project closures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong independent thinking and ability to organise both individual and project‑based work.
