Technical Trainer

About the role

PLUS TI is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead the end‑to‑end technical training process for its software solutions. The role ensures effective knowledge transfer through a blend of theoretical and practical methods, enabling clients and technicians to master the use, application, and best practices of the products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct, execute and supervise all training activities across every stage.
• Develop and deliver courses tailored to software solutions.
• Manage training materials and certify users.
• Ensure structured learning processes that guarantee knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (minimum third‑year completed).
• At least 2 years of experience as an instructor, implementer or software technician.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork and creativity.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of networks.
• Experience with databases.
• Familiarity with e‑learning platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL programming.
