About the role

Papa Johns is looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to provide first‑level technical assistance to its staff across multiple locations. You will ensure that hardware, software and network resources operate smoothly, supporting both on‑site and remote users in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level technical support (on‑site and remote) to organization users, guaranteeing equipment functionality and information availability.
• Handle Service Desk tickets, meeting defined SLA and KPI targets.
• Assist in the opening of new restaurants by coordinating hardware/software purchases and installing technological equipment.
• Track vendor‑reported failures and manage equipment replacements when necessary.
• Perform maintenance, updates and installations of applications and devices.
• Administer IT assets, including licenses, backups and inventory management.
• Support strategic IT projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Technician or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
• Availability to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one day off, and to provide on‑call support for restaurants.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a high service orientation and integrity.

• CCTV system support.
• Aloha POS familiarity (desired).
• JSON handling.
• SQL querying.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
