About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on power generation equipment. The role ensures safe, efficient, and continuous operation of generators and auxiliary systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical generation equipment according to established plans.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to maintain operational continuity.
• Conduct periodic inspections of control panels, motors, generators, and auxiliary equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals for accurate work execution.
• Record maintenance activities and document repairs in work orders.
• Verify equipment performance after interventions, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Adhere to industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
• Properly use tools, measurement equipment, and personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Industrial Electrician Technician, Electrical Engineer or related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in power generation.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work shifts and travel when required (company provides lodging).
• Residence in Taxisco, Santa Rosa, or availability to work in the area.
