About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on power generation equipment, ensuring safe, efficient and continuous operation. The role involves diagnosing electrical faults, conducting inspections and tests, and following established safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical generation equipment according to defined plans.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical failures to maintain operational continuity.
• Perform periodic inspections of control panels, motors, generators and auxiliary equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams and technical manuals to carry out work correctly.
• Record maintenance activities and document repairs in work orders.
• Verify equipment functionality after each intervention to meet quality standards.
• Adhere to industrial safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.
• Use measurement tools, appropriate personal protective equipment and other required tools safely.

Required profile

• Industrial Electrician Technician, Electrical Engineer or related technical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in power generation.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Residence in Taxisco, Santa Rosa or willingness to travel to the work area.
• Willingness to travel when required (company provides accommodation).
