Temporary Recruiter – Guatemala

About the role

Everise is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support its high‑volume hiring needs in Guatemala. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Utilize Workday, job boards and social media platforms to attract talent.
• Coordinate candidate communications, background checks and onboarding activities.
• Represent Everise at career fairs, community events and networking sessions to build employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of high‑volume recruitment, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Flexibility in schedule and dependable attendance.

Required skills

• Workday recruiting module.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
