About the role
The Lead Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. This temporary position focuses on attracting quality candidates for Everise in Guatemala.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates using Workday, job boards, and social media.
- Communicate with hiring managers to understand position needs.
- Screen applicants, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and support onboarding.
- Build community partnerships and promote Everise as an employer of choice.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1‑3 years of high‑volume recruitment, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Strong oral and written communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with schedule flexibility.
Required skills
- Workday recruiting platform.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
